The new brand more closely represents the modern, successful and high performing organisation that Elderpark Housing is and we look forward to fully launching the new brand in early 2018 prior to a new website in March / April 2018."

Award Winning Weekend for Elderpark Housing

Elderpark Housing Association was delighted to see our people recognised at two different awards ceremonies over the weekend.

We've Rebranded

New Year, New Brand


Over the last few months the staff and committee have been working with SeeSaw Creative to develop a new brand for the Association. The existing brand has been in place for over 40 years and needed refreshing.

 

From early 2018 the new brand will begin to appear on all our communications to you and hopefully it will quickly become instantly recognisable. Read More

 

Making a Complaint and Giving Feedback

Listening to Your Views Helps Shape our Service

Feedback from tenants, residents and the users of our service is essential in helping us shape our services and identify any areas requiring improvement.

Elderpark, in common with other Registered Social Landlords has adopted a new Model Complaints Handling Procedure.  It will only be used for complaints related to dissatisfaction with standards of service or action which the Association has taken/not taken.

The purpose of the new model is to provide a standardised approach to customer complaints across the housing sector. This means that you should receive consistency when making a complaint about our service. All complaints must be recorded along with action taken and the outcome. The Association is responsible for reporting complaints to the Scottish Housing Regulator annually.
