All tenants , owners and sharing owners recieve a payment
swipecard containing a unique identification number. The card
itself has no value and can not be used to make payments to any
other organisations or to get deatails of your account. This
card should be used to support any payments you make as it
automatically identifies your account.
If for any reason you have not received your payment card, or
you have lost or damaged it, please contact us on 0141 440
2244 so that we can send you a replacement card as soon as
possible.
Introducing a new Chip and Pin Service in the
office
The Association has recently improved the payment methods it
offers to its customers by introducing a new Chip and Pin service
in the office.
The card machine can be used to take rent, rechargeable repairs,
court expenses and factoring payments by card in the office and
also when the cardholder is not present via the telephone. This is
a fast and convenient method of payment which is a valuable
addition to our other payment methods.
If you have any enquiries regarding this service please contact
the office in person at 31 Garmouth Street or by telephoning 0141
440 2244.
