Completed at Harhill, 62 houses and flats for rent and 14 houses and flats for New Supply Shared Equity (NSSE).  Contractor still on site with some of the 33 houses and flats for sale.

10 amenity flats with lift for rent at 10 Elderpark Street commenced on site in May 2010 and is due for completion in May 2011.

108 houses and flats commenced on site in October 2010 at former St Anthony's school site.  The project is a mixture of 34 houses and flats for sale, 15 houses and flats for New Supply Shared Equity and 59 houses and flats for rent, including wheelchair provision.  Completion due August 2012.
