40 & 46 Elderpark Street Refurbishment & Shop Conversion

Works to improve these two closes to provide larger family flats and maisonettes is now complete.  Some of the improved flats will be provided for sale and will be sold via a Priority Purchase Scheme to ensure local people have the first opportunity to buy.  Funding is being provided by Glasgow City Council and private finance.
