Money Matters is based in Govan and their main objective is to
relieve poverty and improve the education of the inhabitants of
Govan and surrounding areas in matters relating to the management
of personal finances.
What do Money Matters do?
They provide a range of free money advice focusing on welfare
rights and debt management for the community in the South West of
Glasgow as well as to clients from other parts of the city.
Their Welfare Rights Team provides specialist advice as well as
representation to clients with reviews and appeals of D.S.S in
order to establish entitlement to all types of social security
benefits as well as assistance with the completion of forms and
better-off calculations. Appointments can be made to discuss
any other benefit queries.

The Money matters advice surgery runs every Tuesday 9.30am -
4.00pm and Thursday 9.30 - 12.30pm at our Main office, 31 Garmouth
Street, Glasgow, G51 3PR.
At the Money Advice Surgery, Advisors from Money Matters provide
Free, confidential debt counselling and a Welfare benefit service
for all tenants.
