Planned Maintenance

The Association carries out stock condition surveys approximately every 6 years to determine replacement programmes for items such as windows, heating systems and kitchen units.

Tenants will be provided with a 5 year programme for items to be replaced at their properties.

 Other cyclical works including common paintwork, landscaped gardening and gas appliance servicing will be notified on an annual basis if works are required.
