Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Reactive repairs

To help the Association to improve the quality of the repairs service, each tenant is provided with a Freepost Satisfaction Survey card to be completed after the repair has been carried out.

The survey has questions including where the repair was reported, the helpfulness of staff,  completion date of the repair and overall satisfaction levels.

 Contracts completed

 A survey will be carried out after the completion of all cyclical and planned maintenance works including window replacement, common paintwork, kitchen unit replacement and annual gas appliance servicing.
